Our services

Support built around the person

Whether it's getting out into the community, help at home, or a mentor who turns up every week — our services flex around goals, funding and what actually makes someone's life better.

Service 01

Community access & outings

Being part of the community shouldn't depend on who's free to drive. We take people where they want to go, and stay for the part that matters — the conversation, the confidence, the belonging.

Some people want the same coffee shop every Tuesday. Others want to try something new every week. Both are completely fine.

  • Cafés, shopping centres, cinemas and local events
  • Gym sessions, swimming, walks and sport
  • Libraries, community groups, clubs and classes
  • Learning public transport routes independently
  • Transport in a fully insured, comprehensively covered vehicle

Typically funded under

Assistance with Social & Community Participation (Core Supports).

Service 02

Individual & in-home support

One-to-one support at home and in daily life, delivered the way the person wants it done — not the way it's easiest for us.

We take the time to learn routines, preferences and the small details that make a day go well. Personal care is delivered with privacy and respect, always.

  • Personal care and daily living assistance
  • Meal planning, cooking and grocery shopping
  • Household tasks, laundry and organisation
  • Medical appointments and transport
  • Respite that gives families a genuine break

Typically funded under

Assistance with Daily Life / Assistance with Self-Care Activities (Core Supports).

Service 03

Youth mentoring

A consistent, trusted adult in a young person's corner. Not a therapist, not a teacher, not another authority figure — someone who shows up because they chose to.

Mentoring works best when it doesn't feel like an appointment. Sessions happen where the young person is comfortable: shooting hoops, driving around, grabbing food, working on a project.

  • Confidence, self-esteem and emotional regulation
  • School engagement, study habits and routine
  • Work readiness, résumés and first jobs
  • Friendships, social skills and community connection
  • Positive role modelling and healthy decision-making
Service 04

Building skills that stick

The point of good support is that a person needs less of it over time. These are the areas we work on deliberately.

Independent living

Cooking, budgeting, cleaning, laundry and the admin of adult life.

Travel training

Learning routes, tickets and confidence to travel independently and safely.

Social skills

Making conversation, reading situations, building and keeping friendships.

Work & study

Job seeking, interview practice, workplace confidence and study routines.

Funding

How support is paid for

Self-managed

You manage your own funding and pay our invoices directly. Full flexibility over who you work with.

Plan-managed

Your plan manager pays our invoices from your NDIS funding. Nothing for you to handle.

Private & other

Privately funded arrangements, and work commissioned by schools, agencies and other organisations.

Who we can work with

We support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, and privately funded clients. As an unregistered provider we can't invoice NDIA-managed plans — if you're not sure which yours is, ask and we'll help you work it out. (More on what registration means.)

A note on pricing

Our rates sit at or below the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, and you'll get a written quote before anything starts.
